Không gian nghệ thuật đương đại lai
Gallery Quynh Contemporary Art
Established: 2000 | Owner: Quỳnh Phạm và Robert Cianchi
ABOUT THE VENUE
Gallery Quynh operates as a hybrid space: a contemporary art gallery and an institution that serves its community through public and educational programs. It collaborates locally and internationally with artists, curators, and cultural organizations with diverse creative voices to foster dialogue. The gallery has also initiated non-profit artist-run community projects such as Sao La and CáRô.
Its mission is to support art education and infrastructure development in Vietnam.
INSTITUTIONAL THESIS
Gallery Quynh positions itself as a "hybrid establishment" – part gallery, part institution – filling critical gaps in Vietnam's young art ecosystem. It strives to develop the Vietnamese art community by supporting artists through their careers, elevating their profiles, and introducing their work to the global art market. The gallery provides free public programs to build visual literacy and educates the public, while the commercial side drives sales to finance its non-profit work. It has been instrumental in nurturing and educating an emerging generation of art practitioners and championing Vietnamese art on the global stage.
